I am Harish, a researcher with a unique interdisciplinary background bridging Political Science, Culinary Arts, and Emerging Technologies.

With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and hands-on experience as a culinary specialist, I focus on the intersection of food, society, and technology. I am deeply passionate about exploring "AI in Society"—specifically how artificial intelligence and tech policies impact the hospitality industry, reshape global food supply chains, and influence labour dynamics.

I believe that everyday elements like food, combined with the rapid rise of AI, have profound political and societal implications.

As I prepare for my Master's degree, my goal is to research and publish on how societies and public policies can adapt to AI while preserving cultural heritage and human-centric industries.
